Frequently Asked Questions

How is Majestic different from other programs that offer some of the same services?

Majestic was created and is operated by two people who are native to Las Vegas and continue to reside here and care about our community. Many of the other agencies are owned and operated by people who you will never meet and can’t call on if you have a question. We are striving to make Majestic a more clinical program than other available programs. At Majestic we continually train staff in crisis intervention, mental illness, behavior disorders, development of treatment plans, therapeutic methods and techniques and completing psychosocial assessments. We multiple trainings each month that providers are required to attend. We also conduct clinical staff meetings on a regular basis to staff difficult cases. Clinical support and advice is available to our providers at all times. Majestic is committed to the clinical progress and development of all employees.

What is needed to begin services?

We are always accepting new clients. To begin services, simply fax a Prior Authorization Request (P.A.R.) form to us at (702) 869-4301. Please indicate the services you would like the client to receive. Feel free to call us at (702) 869-4300 to discuss which services your client would qualify for and benefit from most.

What if the client needs to be assessed?

Majestic Behavioral Health is proud to offer assessment services. If an assessment is needed, please click on the following link and fill out our assessment referral form. Fax the completed form to us at (702) 869-4301. An assessment will be scheduled and completed immediately.

Does Majestic accept clients who have a Category 16 payment method?

Yes. Majestic accepts Category 16 payment/dispos, we have a special form that needs to be filled out by the case manager before services can begin. Please give us a call at (702) 869-4300 and we would be happy to fax the form directly to you.

Does Majestic accept Medicaid HMO?

Unfortunately Majestic does not accept Medicaid HMO at this time. In the event that a child in the foster care system will be reunified with their natural family, there is a form which case managers can fill out to extend their full Medicaid benefits. This is especially helpful to continue needed services for youth.

Please call us at (702) 869-4300 and we would be happy to fax the form directly to you.
